Charles G. Baldwin is an educator, illustrator, stage designer, and puppeteer. Charles is the Program Officer for Access Initiatives at the Mass Cultural Council where he leads the UP Initiative, a peer learning network, and the d/Deaf and Disability Equity Plan that stewards access through education, resource sharing and community development.
