I provide consulting services to assist arts organizations in advancing accessibility, equity, and inclusion for people with disabilities in the arts. With over two decades of experience, including serving as Director of the Office of Accessibility at the National Endowment for the Arts, I specialize in developing and implementing accessibility policies, planning, programs, and training. My national-level work has given me a broad understanding of the needs of arts organizations and artists across the country. I also offer expertise in grantwriting and development to support organizational growth. I welcome the opportunity to connect and collaborate.
