Title III of the ADA or a Title III Entity

Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to businesses, including non-profits, that serve the public (also known as public accommodations). These include a wide range of facilities such as hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as most cultural organizations like museums, theaters, libraries, zoos, performance venues, etc. Title III mandates that public accommodations must provide people with disabilities an equal opportunity to access the goods or services that they offer.
