Label links describe a practice used to increase accessibility (particularly for screen reader software) when hyperlinks are provided. The hyperlink text should make sense without the surrounding sentences or content and should convey the function and purpose of the link. It should also be unique and easy to speak out loud. For example, instead of just saying “Click Here” use something more specific such as, “Click here to access the file.”
