Inclusion Statement

An inclusion statement is a written description (shared internally and externally) of an organization’s commitment to foster an inclusive workplace and environment that is welcoming to all people, including people with disabilities. An inclusion statement goes beyond the required “anti-discrimination” statement to name not just how an organization won’t discriminate, but instead, how they will act equitably and inclusively.
