An Audio Tour is generally a self-guided tour, often of an exhibition, environment or space, delivered through a download onto a personal device, through a borrowed device, or a website or other platform. It is often a way of providing tours in multiple languages, which could include Sign Language, to deliver description, and may include a text transcript. It sometimes includes wayfinding information.
