Danielle Schulz (she/her) is a museum educator and accessibility specialist with almost 15 years of experience working in arts nonprofits. Schulz currently serves as the Associate Director of Lifelong Learning and Accessibility at the Denver Art Museum, where she leads cross-departmental accessibility initiatives that harness universal and human-centered design principles. Schulz has presented extensively at regional and national conferences, including the American Alliance of Museums, American Society on Aging, and the Leadership Exchange in Arts and Disability and co-authored “The Art of Access: A Practical Guide for Museum Accessibility” (Rowman & Littlefield, 2021). Danielle is passionate about teaching and building capacity in others, and regularly shares resources with the larger field through publications, public speaking, and consultation.
