Charles G. Baldwin is the Program Officer of Access and Inclusion at the Mass Cultural Council. Charles serves on the Executive Committee of CANE (Cultural Access New England) and serves as an advisor to the Berklee Institute for Accessible Arts Education, Wicked Queer Film Festival, and Brickbottom Artist Association. Out of the office, Charles is an educator, illustrator, stage designer, and puppeteer.
